Julia Pitisciuc and Fabian Ganglbauer have been managing the fortunes of the Narzissendorf Zloam and thus also the Zloam Wirt since 2024.
Fabian Ganglbauer, who comes from Steyr in Upper Austria, completed his apprenticeship as a chef at Le Salzgries in Vienna and worked as a Junior Sous-Chef at Palais Coburg while studying for his vocational diploma at HLW Steyr.
In 2018, an exciting academic exchange semester took him to the ‘Panamerica University’ in Guadalajara/Mexico, after which he worked as a management trainee at the ‘Singular Luxory Hotels’ in Chile and later at the ‘Vamed Vitality World’ in Vienna, Kaprun, Geinberg and Frauenkirchen. At the same time, he studied ‘Tourism and Leisure Management’ in English on the bachelor's programme at the University of Applied Sciences in Krems and is currently working on his master's thesis to complete his international business studies at the University of Vienna.
He has remained true to his passion for cooking and is delighted to be able to spoil the guests of the Zloam Wirt with local specialities together with his fantastic kitchen team.
